CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd formerly known as Toyota Uganda Ltd (TUGA) is an automotive company established in Uganda in 2005 that supplies complete mobility solutions tailored to the needs of the Ugandan population. CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd is 100% owned by the Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) as its shareholders. TTC is a subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) the largest automotive manufacturer in the world as of 2016. In December 2016, TTC acquired 100% public shares of The Compagnie Française de l´Afrique Occidentale (CFAO) and CFAO took over management of all its African Automotive distributors operating in over 53 countries including Uganda.

CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd is the only licensed distributor of Toyota vehicles in Uganda, it is the only company authorized to distribute and sell new Toyota vehicles and parts in Uganda as well as offer Toyota Manufacturer´s warranty. In addition, CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd is also the official distributors of brand new Suzuki vehicles; Yamaha motorcycles; Case Tractors; Hino Trucks and Buses; Toyota Forklifts; etc. CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd also offers a range of short and long term lease car rental and fleet management solutions for businesses through its LOXEA brand and its partner Avis Fleet.

CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd branches are in Namanve (Kampala Industrial and Business Park), Kampala Industrial Area, Mbale and Gulu.

CFAO Motors Uganda Ltd Authorised Service Centers include Daks Toyota (Kampala, Kira Road), NN Toyota (Arua, Packwach Highway) and Stitch and Sew (Fort Portal, Kabundaire).
