2nd NCIA International Arbitration & ADR Conference 2020

The 2nd NCIA International Arbitration and ADR Conference is scheduled to be held between 4th - 6th March, 2020 in Mombasa, Kenya.

The theme of the 2nd International Conference is "Tracking Africa's Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mechanisms: It is Business Unusual".

The 2nd NCIA International Arbitration and ADR Conference thematic discussions will cover cross-border partnerships and collaborations, access to international arbitration in Africa, and underpin the role of technology in alternative dispute resolution while enhancing the voice for regional players and emergence of regional arbitration hubs.
