School Insurance at Resolution Insurance

Resolution School Insurance is a comprehensive school insurance cover package for various property risks such as fire, burglary, all risk, personal accident, employees, and liability from third parties.

We will provide coverage for the following benefits:

Fire & Related Perils:
The policy covers loss, destruction or damage caused by fire, lightning, explosion, flooding, earthquake (shock and volcanic eruption), riot, strikes, civil commotion, malicious damage and other special perils.

Burglary:
This provides cover against loss or damage to property following forcible violent entry or exit from the insured premises.

All risk:
Provides cover against accidental physical loss or damage to specified items as a result of any cause, which is not specifically excluded from the policy.

Public Liability:
This covers provides compensation against legal liability to third parties arising out of accidental death, bodily injury, illness, loss of or damage to property incurred by the insured in the course of the insured´s business.

Group Personal Accident for Students:
This policy covers payments of benefits as defined by the policy resulting from accidental death/injury to the insured person(s).

Group Personal Accident for Staff:
This policy covers payments of benefits as defined by the policy resulting from accidental death/injury to the insured person(s).

WIBA:
Compensates the insured in respect of death or injury to employees (including temporary and casual employees) arising out of and in the course of their employment.

Employers Liability:
This cover provides compensation for legal liability under Work Injury Benefit Act (WIBA) 2007; this is in respect of accidental death, bodily injury or illness/disease to employees arising out of and in the course of employment.

Fidelity Guarantee:
Provides compensation against direct financial loss resulting from fraud or dishonesty of employees.

Money:
The policy covers loss of money by theft whilst: In transit from premises to the bank and vice versa; In premises during business hours and outside business hours; In the hands of senior employees/authorized personnel of the company; Damage to safes and /or strong rooms.

Political violence & terrorism:
This covers physical loss or physical damage to the Buildings and Contents which belong to the Insured or for which the Insured is legally responsible, directly caused by one or more of the following perils occurring during the Policy Period and in respect to which the Insured during the following events: a. Act of Terrorism, b. Sabotage, c. Riots, Strikes and/or Civil Commotion, d. Malicious Damage, e. Insurrection, Revolution or Rebellion, f. Mutiny and/or Coup d´Etat, g. War and/or Civil War.

Motor Vehicle Insurance:
This covers accidental damage to the insured vehicle, indemnity for damage to third party vehicles or property and third party personal injury or death by the insured vehicle;
