Sagoo Holdings Ltd (SHL) was established by Mr. Parminder Singh Sagoo in 1983. A foresight of providing Kenyan Industry with top quality, high performance and most of all 100% Kenyan manufactured radiators and heat exchangers. Today, Sagoo Holdings Ltd (SHL) is one of the leading manufactures in East Africa. Sagoo Holdings Ltd (SHL) 20,000 sq. Ft. facility houses Manufacturing and Fabrication Machinery to produce Radiators, Heat Exchangers, Oil Coolers, Air Conditioners, and many other applications.

Since 1985 Sagoo Radiators Ltd developed and manufactured complete radiator assemblies as Original Equipment for Cooper Motors Corporation (CMC), Simba Colt Ltd, General Motors Ltd, D.T. Dobie Ltd, Marshalls Kenya Ltd, Toyota Kenya and Toyota Hino for Locally produced vehicles.

In 1997, Sagoo Radiators Ltd changed its name to Sagoo Holdings Ltd (SHL) when they began manufacturing Oil Coolers, Heat Exchangers, Dryers, Chiller Coils and various others. These are mainly used for: Mining Industries, Agricultural, Industrial, Food processing, textile, marine, wood, oil refineries, leather, paper industries, etc.

Sagoo Holdings Ltd (SHL) designs and offers consultation on proposed Heat Exchangers as required for different applications.
