Global Supply Solutions Ltd was established in 2003 and has over 16 years of experience in provision of products targeted to the biomass fuels and recycling markets. In 2008 as part of Global Supply Solutions Ltd's new focus, we transformed our mission to offering products within the renewable energy sector to our clients with offerings in solar and solid biomass fuel. In 2015, we at Global Supply Solutions Ltd commissioned our very own renewable energy plant where we convert plant residue into biomass briquettes.

Global Supply Solutions Ltd now processes an abundant supply of knocked down pineapple plant agri-waste at the Del Monte plantations in Thika, Kenya. We turn these into high calorie biomasss briquettes at our Thika production plant. Our current installed production capacity is 50,000 metric tonne a year. This is the result of our extensive research, development and testing of knocked down pineapple plant as a suitable feed stock for high calorie clean burning biomass briquettes. This has resulted in a patent in Kenya and other countries.

Part of our growth strategy is to replicate our Kenyan model of modular design briquetting plants into multiple countries thus promoting a vibrant circular economy around agriculture and value adding of agricultural by-products. This presents great potential and a cleaner, greener energy source for industrial and home use now and in the future. We are also exploring the value of carbon asset management to us and our partners.
